This is the group for our beach adventure: Pres. and Eileen Peterson, Pres. and Sister Majano, The Lopezs, Lon and Nancy Thompson, Dave and Marilyn Gibbons, Trent and Arleen Kitley, Frank and Diane Wall, and Bishop Mendez.
Last month when we had all that rain, this is a picture of a bridge that was washed out. We turned off onto a dirt road, and helped herd these cattle to pasture. All along this road there were trees with many trunks and twisted branches. I am standing by one such tree, behind it is the hammock area and beyond that is the ocean.
I got this first picture of Bishop Mendez and Frank with the ocean behind them. The next picture, is of a nice shaped tree that Frank is standing by. The Lopezs' put this day of activity together. They celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary today, and invited us all to the beach.

It was a black sand beach and the waves were good. I enjoyed listening to the sounds.
After all the walking and talking Frank did, he rested in one of the hammocks. Pres. Lopez is cooking the meat. He enjoys doing the cooking of thin slices of beef and chorizos. We also had the typical beans, white cheese, and homemade tomatoe salsa.
A beautiful ending to a good day
